Part 3 has 8 Sub Parts -- and covers bizarre incidents just outside my apartment in West Slope on Saturday March 24th 1979 followed by my seclusion there through Sunday March 25 1979.
This as I examined the circumstances & events in my life from 1970 at various points in time that year through August 30th 1974 in and around my hometown of Covina, L. A. and various other locations in Southern & Central California.
These memories as viewed through the prism of my 'minds eye' as I sat sequestered in my apartment in West Slope near Portland from March 24th 1979 through March 25 1979

-- Early Saturday morning drinking coffee and looking out my kitchen window and see a guy on Highway 8 near a car looking at my apartment with binoculars as as my second floor apartment on a knoll is about the same elevation. Later that morning I spot another guy with binoculars and a radio in the wooded meadow like parking lot where Girlfriend's car is and so I decided to go down there and search her VW 'Bug' for a possible car bomb and listening devices
-- I then go to the local market in our West Slope neighborhood to buy two packs of 'Camel Lights', return to the apartment and Kendra goes to visit her mother in Portland or so she says and so I spend the rest of the afternoon, there in my dimly lit living room, looking back at circumstances and events in my life at various times in 1970 and especially December '70 when I first met the L.A. Sheriffs Detective at my high school in Covina, who now turns up at the Portland Hilton where I work years later only two days before on March 22nd ready to attack me because I accidentally discovered his presence there in disguise and this somehow jeopardizes the then ongoing scam at the Portland Hilton which somehow involves me.
I then decided to review all the weirdly bizarre and bloody events that took place in and around my hometown since I first met the L.A. cop in December '70 as well as the entire year of 1970 leading up to it.
